An explosion of colours and flavours

A culinary adventure of fun and discovery involved children aged 3, 4 and 5 in a workshop dedicated to seasonal vegetables. The objective? To bring the little ones closer to the vegetable world, stimulating their senses and curiosity.

A triumph of flavours

The workshop started with a sensory experience: the children tasted a variety of seasonal vegetables, discovering new flavours and textures. Crispy carrots, juicy cherry tomatoes, fresh cucumbers and many other delicacies tickled their taste buds, turning the snack into a moment of discovery.

Everyone to the market!

Immediately afterwards, the children turned into small traders, setting up a lively fruit and vegetable market. They learnt to recognise different vegetables, weigh them and 'sell' them to their peers, developing social and role-playing skills.

Chef for a day

The workshop ended with a creative and fun activity: the children took on the role of little chefs, preparing a tasty minestrone. With the help of the teachers, they cut, mixed and 'cooked' the vegetables, learning about the ingredients and preparation steps of this typical Italian dish.
